As an Affiliate Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Affiliate Team. You will be focusing on data and planning actions and campaigns to create significant growth on Affiliates, in markets where we are currently operating as well as future markets.
We are looking for a highly analytical individual, solution oriented and a growth mindset who thrives on targets and who is also socialble, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring valuable knowledge and manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the Chilli Partners group new depositing customers.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and help Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
- Provide training on affiliate management as required.
- Mentor and lead a team of affiliate managers and drive them to success.
- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Key affiliate partners.
- At least 4 years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming.
- Previous experience managing and leading a team.
- Methodical, numbers driven and well organised and planning skills.
- Highly target & results driven individual.
- Open and responsive problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
