What we expect of you?
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals and market expansion plans.
  • Global Market Expansion:
    Lead the development and management of affiliate operations across multiple international markets, driving growth and market share in key regions.
  • Brand Development:
    Oversee the creation and launch of new casino and affiliate brands, ensuring seamless integration into the affiliate network and brand consistency.
  • Performance Management:
    Set KPIs for affiliate operations, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness, and working closely with senior leadership to forecast revenue and ROI based on strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Growth:
    Build, scale, and lead the Affiliate Department, fostering a high-performance culture through mentoring, training, and development of team members. Ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent in the affiliate space.
  • P&L Responsibility:
    Take full ownership of the affiliate program’s P&L, ensuring profitability, cost-efficiency, and alignment with broader company financial targets.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier affiliate partners and key stakeholders to ensure long-term growth and loyalty. Implement strategies to maximize the quality, engagement, and performance of key partners.
  • Innovation & Program Development:
    Continuously innovate and evolve the affiliate program to stay ahead of industry trends, including implementing new recruitment strategies, marketing initiatives, and advanced technological solutions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure affiliate operations meet all regulatory and compliance standards in each operating market, minimizing legal risk and safeguarding company reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, legal, product) to align affiliate strategies with the company’s broader business initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-departmental communication and support.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, adjusting strategies to improve affiliate acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
What we’re after
  • At least 6 years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming casino brands.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of team management.
  • Experience in developing long-term strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on affiliate initiatives.
  • Ability to handle challenges and crises swiftly and effectively, with experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong management leadership and relationship skills.
  • Proactive and multitasking personality.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2). Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
