"I joined the company over three years ago as a Copywriter. My only hard skill at that time was my knowledge of the English language. I immediately began to master HTML code to upload content to websites and then I immersed myself more and more in the processes. I worked closely with the Design department, Translation bureau, Development department, and CRM. I think that thanks to my communication skills and stress tolerance, I was appointed the role of Department Lead six months later. Since then, my tasks have increasingly shifted away from writing texts to solving problems with downloads and establishing fruitful working relationships between departments. I like the variety of my workdays, and the excellent results of my work give me strength and confidence to achieve any set goals."

"I joined the company in its early days as an Office Manager, where my job was to buy furniture, supplies, and food to get the office ready so we can start hiring employees.
After that, I was promoted to HR Executive, where I was responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and event management for the office in Malta. As the office in Malta started growing, my PR workload started increasing and I was approached by the Head of PR to join the team on a full-time basis. I accepted the position and put all of my efforts into event management. I quickly realised that this is my passion and it is where I want to excel in my career.
